While REEL-BOATING is light in application, it is very heavy in density. Petroleum based lubricants with various additives usually weigh 7.8 - 7.9 Ibs per gallon and are lighter than water, which separates these products from metal. (Water weighs 8.3 Ibs per gallon.) Synthetic REEL-BOATING weighs over 10 Ibs per gallon and with its new technology prevents and displaces moisture and water with excellent lubrication, cleaning and metal protection qualities, even under salt water conditions.

Synthetic REEL-BOATING is made from the same family of lubricants that are used for lubricating JET ENGINES. This family of lubricants, with certain changes in molecular structure, further enable REEL-BOATING to incorporate the cleaning and rust prevention in a THIN LAYER of product ELIMINATING RESIDUE BUILD-UP.
